A wandering soul is searching for something that he knows not. Looking for just a glimmer of hope somewhere, somehow, some way, but he finds nothing – nothing more than what has already been. But what good is what already has been when there seems to be nothing that is? Look inward. Are you wandering? Wondering what the next day holds? Panicking because of the unsettled self deep in your soul? In your soul where there seems to be nothing but blank, dark nothingness? Sit with the darkness, not in it. For even in darkness the eyes eventually adjust to the surroundings without this subtle change even registering in one’s consciousness. Sitting with the darkness allows for the presence of light to become more apparent and eventually the soft glimmer of hope slowly restores itself to what it once was before you found yourself wandering.
